New study tests therapies to help Parkinson's patients walk and balance better

Summary

This study will compare two different physical therapy approaches to see which one better helps people with Parkinson's disease improve their balance, walking, and ability to do daily tasks independently. It will involve 42 participants who will be randomly assigned to receive either Strategy Training or Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) therapy. The goal is to find out which method is more effective for improving mobility and independence in daily life.
