Zapping the ear to help Parkinson's patients walk and balance better?

This study is testing whether a combination of ear-based nerve stimulation and specialized physical therapy can improve balance, walking, and other symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease. Twenty participants will be divided into two groups: one receiving the active nerve stimulation and therapy, and another receiving a sham stimulation with therapy. The goal is to see if adding the nerve stimulation makes the physical rehabilitation program more effective.
