Summary

This study tested a remote exercise program designed to help people with Parkinson's disease practice doing two things at once, like walking while thinking. Thirty participants tried either this dual-task training or standard exercises through video calls. Researchers measured if it improved balance, walking speed, thinking skills, and quality of life.
