Summary

This study looks at how carvedilol, a medicine used for heart conditions, changes brain scans over three years in 15 people who have early signs that may lead to Parkinson's disease. Participants have REM sleep behavior disorder and other risk factors. The goal is to learn more about how Parkinson's develops, not to test a treatment.
