Can playing motion games at home steady Parkinson's patients?

Summary
This study tests whether playing a motion-sensor game called TOAP RUN at home can improve walking and balance in people with Parkinson's disease. 80 patients will be split into two groups: one does the game sessions plus usual care, the other just usual care. Researchers will check if the game approach is worth the cost and if it reduces falls over a year.
