Summary
This study aims to find out which of two different rehabilitation programs works better to improve walking, balance, and thinking in people with Parkinson's disease who have these problems. Researchers will use brain scans and blood tests to try to predict which patients will respond best to each type of therapy. The goal is to help doctors personalize future rehabilitation plans for people with Parkinson's.
