New hope for Parkinson's patients troubled by hallucinations

Summary
This study is testing whether a medication called AGB101 can help reduce hallucinations and delusions in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers at Johns Hopkins University will enroll 30 participants who experience these symptoms at least weekly. Participants will take both the study medication and a placebo for 6-week periods to compare effects, while also undergoing brain scans and assessments.
