Summary
This study will follow 3,000 people with Parkinson's disease over 10 years to learn how the disease changes over time and find early warning signs. Participants will have regular check-ups, tests, and scans, but no new treatments are being tested. The goal is to better understand Parkinson's and improve future diagnosis and care.
