Summary

This small study tested the safety of using focused ultrasound to create a tiny lesion in the brain area that controls movement, aiming to ease Parkinson's motor symptoms. Seven adults with advanced Parkinson's took part. The main goal was to check for side effects and see if movement improved after four months.
