Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, Lu AF28996, in 150 adults with Parkinson's disease whose movement symptoms are not well controlled by their current medications. The goal is to see if adding this drug can increase the time they feel good and move well each day, without bothersome involuntary movements. Participants will take the drug or a placebo for several weeks, and their daily symptom patterns will be tracked.
