This study is testing a new surgical technique to deliver an experimental gene therapy called AB-1005 directly into the brains of people with Parkinson's disease. The goal is to make the delivery procedure faster and more consistent while still getting the treatment to the right brain area. Researchers will enroll 12 participants to test the safety of this new delivery method and see how well it works using different types of brain scans.
