Summary

This study tests whether playing a special video game at home, called TOAP RUN, can help people with Parkinson's disease who have trouble walking and balancing. 80 participants will either continue their usual care or also play the game 2-3 times per week for a year. The goal is to see if the game reduces falls and improves quality of life at a reasonable cost.
