Summary
This study looked at two different exercise programs for people with Parkinson's disease: high-speed power training and periodized training (which cycles through different types of exercise). Researchers wanted to see which approach better improves muscle strength, power, and everyday activities like walking. 38 people with mild to moderate Parkinson's took part. The goal is to find the best way to help people stay strong and mobile.
