Summary
This study compares two types of weight training for people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers want to see if lifting heavier weights fewer times or lighter weights more times is better for improving muscle strength and daily activities like walking and standing up. The study will involve 60 older adults with mild to moderate Parkinson's who can walk without assistance.
