Can a new exercise strategy outmuscle Parkinson's symptoms?
NCT ID NCT07141849
Summary
This study aims to see which of two different strength training programs works better for people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare a traditional power training program to a newer 'block periodization' method that cycles through different types of exercises. The goal is to find out which approach best improves muscle strength, power, and the ability to perform everyday activities like walking and standing up.
