Can special exercises help both body and brain in Parkinson's?
NCT ID NCT07277205
Summary
This study aims to see which of two exercise programs works better for people with Parkinson's disease. One program focuses on balance training, while the other combines physical movement with mental tasks. About 45 participants will be assigned to one of the programs or a control group, exercising twice a week for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking, balance, memory, and attention to help design better rehabilitation plans.
