New hope for controlling advanced Parkinson's symptoms
NCT ID NCT06722729
Summary
This trial is testing a new daily medicine called KDT-3594 for people with advanced Parkinson's disease who are already taking levodopa. The main goal is to see if it can better control movement symptoms and reduce the amount of time when medication wears off ('off' time). About 150 participants will take either the new drug or a placebo for 17 weeks to compare safety and effectiveness.
