Summary
This study is testing whether a new oral medication, GT-02287, can slow the progression of Parkinson's disease. It will involve about 111 people with early-stage Parkinson's, who will take either the drug or a placebo for 48 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in movement, daily activities, and quality of life to see if the treatment is effective and safe.
