Summary
This early study tests if a focused ultrasound technique can safely open the blood-brain barrier to deliver a Parkinson's drug (GCase) directly to a key brain area. About 14 people with Parkinson's will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and feasible, potentially improving how Parkinson's medications work.
