Brain zap tweak tested for Parkinson's stumbles

NCT ID NCT05934747

Summary

This study aims to understand which specific settings on a deep brain stimulation (DBS) device work best for Parkinson's disease symptoms, especially walking and balance problems. Researchers will compare two different stimulation patterns in 30 people who already have a standard DBS implant. The goal is to gather information to design better future treatments, not to provide a cure.
