Summary

This study tests a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tTIS in 100 people with early to mid-stage Parkinson's disease. The goal is to see if it can improve movement problems like tremors and stiffness when medication is not working. Each participant will try two different stimulation targets to find which works better for them.
