Summary
This study tests a new way to help people with Parkinson's improve their balance and reduce falls. Participants will play exercise video games while getting feedback on their brain activity. The goal is to see if this combination works better than exercise alone. The study involves 100 people with mild to moderate Parkinson's who have had at least one fall in the past year.
