First seen May 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests two non-drug therapies—trunk control exercises and mirror therapy—to see if they can improve balance and posture in people with Parkinson's disease. The researchers will enroll 36 adults aged 50 to 70 who have mild to moderate Parkinson's. Participants will be assigned to one of the two therapy groups, and their balance and movement will be measured before and after treatment.
