Summary

This study will test two different physical therapy approaches—strategy training and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation—to see which one better helps people with Parkinson's disease improve their balance, walking, and ability to do daily tasks. About 42 adults aged 40 to 80 with mild to moderate Parkinson's will take part. The goal is to find a more effective way to ease movement problems and boost independence.
