This study looked at whether balance and walking problems in Parkinson's disease are caused by inner ear issues, not just low dopamine. Researchers tested 60 people with Parkinson's using standard inner ear exams and brain scans. The goal was to better understand why these problems don't improve with typical Parkinson's medications.
