Summary
This study tests a new therapy for Parkinson's disease where patients watch their own 3D motion recordings in a fully immersive virtual reality environment. The goal is to see if this 'action observation training' can improve slow movement (bradykinesia) and other symptoms. The study will involve 24 participants with mild to moderate Parkinson's who are on stable medication.
