Summary

This study tests whether a 7-week group dance program called Parkinson Ballroom-Fitness can improve walking, balance, and quality of life in people with Parkinson's disease. About 50 participants will be randomly assigned to dance or usual care. The program adapts waltz, swing, and Latin steps to seated, standing, or walking levels. Researchers will also check if benefits last 12 weeks after the classes end.
