Summary
This study looks at how spending time in a park affects emotional well-being in adults with mobility impairments who use manual wheelchairs. Over 10 weeks, participants will try two activities: 5 weeks of relaxing and enjoying nature while mostly sitting, and 5 weeks of wheeling or walking on a park trail. The goal is to see which activity better reduces stress and improves mood.
