Summary
This study tested a new support program called PARITY for pregnant Black women. The program combined a community doula, helpful resources, and a mobile app with positive messages to promote healthy habits. Researchers wanted to see if the program was practical to run and if it helped manage blood pressure and overall wellness during pregnancy.
