Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called FORX-428 in about 40 adults with advanced solid tumors that have certain gene changes (like BRCA1/2 mutations). The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors or slow their growth. Participants must have already tried at least one standard treatment.
