This study tested a chatbot called ParentText for Crisis with 198 Palestinian caregivers living in a refugee camp in Jordan. The chatbot provided mental health and parenting tips via WhatsApp. The goal was to see if it could improve caregivers' mood, reduce violence against children, and encourage positive parenting.
