New program aims to help parents support Preschoolers' emotional health
NCT ID NCT06145477
Summary
This study is testing a new parenting support program designed to help improve the emotional and behavioral wellbeing of young children (ages 2-5) from low-income families. The program works with parents through Head Start programs in Maryland, offering virtual sessions with nurses to build parenting skills and confidence. Researchers want to see if this approach is helpful, accessible, and sustainable for families who often face barriers to traditional mental health services.
