Summary
This study looks at whether giving parents feedback from a device called LENA (which counts words and conversations at home) can improve how they support their deaf child's language development after early cochlear implant surgery. About 30 children implanted before 18 months old will take part. Researchers will compare conversation turns and vocabulary before and after speech therapy guidance based on LENA data.
