Parents' touch eases stress for tiniest babies in hospital
NCT ID NCT06345742
Summary
This study looked at whether having parents help with diaper changes could make premature babies in the intensive care unit more comfortable and less stressed. Researchers observed 105 stable preterm infants and measured their comfort levels and their parents' stress. The goal was to see if simple, hands-on parental care could improve the well-being of both babies and families during a difficult hospital stay.
