Summary

This study is testing a program called CareMeds that teaches parenting skills to help children with leukemia take their oral chemotherapy at home. It involves 100 parents of children aged 3-9 who are being treated for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The goal is to see if this training is practical for families and if it helps improve medication adherence compared to usual care.
