Summary
This study tests whether early, intensive leg exercises, delivered by a physical therapist and a parent working together, can improve walking and motor skills in children aged 8 months to 3 years who had a perinatal stroke. The study involves 18 children and compares the exercise program to usual care. The goal is to see if this partnership approach leads to better movement and quality of life.
