Can four chat sessions shape a Child's future mental health?
NCT ID NCT05445141
Summary
This study is testing a short, universal parent support program called 'Little ACF' to see if it can help parents of 1-2 year olds. 670 families are randomly assigned to either attend four group meetings with other parents or receive standard child health care plus a lecture. Researchers will measure if the program improves parents' confidence, stress, and emotion regulation, and if it benefits children's social and emotional development up to age 3.
