Can Stress-Busting skills for parents calm Kids' behavior?
NCT ID NCT06626750
Summary
This study is testing whether adding three extra parent training sessions focused on managing stress improves a well-established school readiness program for families. It involves 120 families with young children who have ADHD or disruptive behavior disorders. Researchers will compare the standard program to the version with extra stress-management sessions to see which helps parents feel less stressed and improves parent-child interactions over 6 to 12 months.
