Can a parenting class boost confidence for parents of teens?
NCT ID NCT07303062
Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-week virtual parenting program helps parents feel more confident and knowledgeable about raising their teenager and understanding teen mental health. Researchers will enroll 60 parents of 11-14 year olds and randomly assign half to take the program right away, while the other half waits. The main goal is to see if the program improves parents' confidence and their understanding of normal teen development and mental health.
