Summary

This study aims to understand the psychological experience of parents who receive a positive or false-negative result from newborn screening for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). Researchers will interview parents and ask them to complete questionnaires about their stress, anxiety, and family life. The goal is to learn how to better support families during this challenging time.
