Summary
This pilot study tests whether a pre-visit questionnaire helps Black parents of preterm infants with chronic lung disease set and achieve care goals. About 30 parents will fill out the questionnaire before a well-child visit and complete follow-up surveys. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, and whether it improves parent engagement and child outcomes.
