Summary

This study looks at whether removing the parathyroid gland can improve physical function and mobility in adults aged 60 and older with primary hyperparathyroidism. Participants will have surgery and then complete walking tests, wear activity monitors, and give blood samples. The goal is to see if the surgery helps people move better and identify who benefits most.
