Summary

This study looked at whether using a PAP machine (a breathing device for sleep apnea) can reduce the return of atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) in people who have both conditions. About 129 adults with sleep apnea and atrial fibrillation were to be enrolled. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
