Summary
This study aims to see if a medication called Panzyga can prevent serious infections in adults who have low antibody levels and autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. Participants will receive either Panzyga or a placebo while continuing their regular B-cell therapy. The main goal is to compare how many serious infections occur in each group over the treatment period.
