Surgery showdown: can debulking beat drugs for pancreatic cancer?
NCT ID NCT07273409
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at people with stage 4 pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pan-NET) that have spread. It compares two approaches: having surgery to remove as much tumor as possible (plus optional drug treatment) versus drug treatment alone. The goal is to see which helps people live longer and have a better quality of life. About 200 adults with grade 1-2 pan-NET will take part.
