This study created a registry to follow 400 adults with chronic pancreatitis and a related digestive problem called EPI. The goal was to collect real-world information about their treatment experiences, quality of life, and healthcare use over time. Participants reported their symptoms and experiences every few months to help researchers understand the challenges of living with this condition.
