Summary

This study tests whether using a special surgical glue (Glubran® 2) during pancreas surgery can prevent dangerous fluid leaks. About 194 adults with pancreatic or related cancers who need surgery will be randomly assigned to receive the glue or standard care. The main goal is to see if the glue reduces the rate of pancreatic leaks within 30 days after surgery.
