Healthy volunteers needed to study pancreatic juice

Summary

This study aims to collect and analyze pancreatic fluid from healthy volunteers after they receive an injection of human secretin. Researchers will measure the levels of bicarbonate, sodium, potassium, and chloride in the fluid. The goal is to understand normal pancreatic fluid composition, which may help in diagnosing pancreatic diseases. About 24 healthy adults aged 18-80 will participate.
