New needle treatment could zap pancreatic cysts before they turn cancerous

Summary
This study tests a procedure that uses a thin tube with a camera and ultrasound to guide a needle into pancreatic cysts. Chemotherapy drugs are then injected directly into the cyst to shrink or destroy it. The goal is to prevent these precancerous cysts from developing into pancreatic cancer. About 35 adults with pancreatic cysts will take part.
