Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized cancer vaccine, given along with standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy, can help prevent pancreatic cancer from coming back after surgery. It will involve 28 patients whose tumors have been surgically removed. The main goal is to see if this combination treatment helps patients live longer without their cancer returning.
